To register for notifications, after downloading.
1. Tap the top left corner of the app
2. Tap create account
3. After account creation, adjust which notifications you receive by tapping the left top button tap notifications, then tap the gear icon in the top right corner,
By default you will receive all of the notifications we send out, Unchecking the box by tapping will unsubscribe you from the notification for that category
