1. How do I book the Civic Auditorium?

2. Do I have to rent the entire building?

No, the building can be rented in sections. The Main Room, the East Wing, and the West Wing can all be rented individually or in combination.

3. Are there kitchen facilities available?

Yes, there is a full commercial-grade kitchen in the Civic available at no extra charge.

4. Are there stage audio and lighting available?

Yes, there is a sophisticated audio and lighting system available for use with your rental, but a city employee must be employed to run the equipment.

5. Are there other rental venues available?

The Lampo Center is 3 blocks east of the Historic Downtown Square.

This building has a maximum occupancy of approximately 700 and is equipped with tables, chairs, a commercial kitchen, an ice maker, and restrooms. As with all our rentals, a rental agreement with the minimum payment of the deposit is required for booking.

6. How long before I will receive my deposit?

All refunds will be submitted to the Finance Department at the beginning of each week for the preceding week. Refunds are returned by check to the address provided on the rental agreement. This process will take from a week to 14 days.
