No, the building can be rented in sections. The Main Room, East Wing, and West Wing can all be rented individually or in combination Monday-Thursday.

Yes, there is a sophisticated audio and lighting system available for use with your rental, but a City employee must be employed to run the equipment.

Neosho, MO 64850The Lampo Building is 3 blocks east of the Historic Downtown Square.
This building has a maximum occupancy of approximately 700 and is equipped with tables, chairs, a commercial kitchen, an ice maker, and restrooms. As with all our rentals, a rental agreement with the minimum payment of the deposit is required for booking.

All refunds will be submitted to the Finance Department at the beginning of each week for the preceding week. Refunds are returned by check to the address provided on the rental agreement. This process can take up to 14 days.
