Lampo Building

Availability can be checked for the Lampo Building by calling City Hall at 417-451-8050. You can also complete the online Request a Reservation Form.

Terms by Renting the Lampo Building

  • The building must be in the same condition as when the renter entered.
  • The building will be inspected after usage to determine whether the deposit fee is refundable.
  • All or part of the deposit may not be returned depending on the condition of the building.
  • If alcohol is present and the alcohol fee was not paid or marked on the application, the renter will be billed for an additional payment to equal 400% of the regular rate and will be barred from further use of the facility, at the discretion of the City Manager.

  • 12:00pm to 5:30pm
