    Apply to be a vendor at the annual Neosho Fall Festival, an Arts & Crafts show in Historic Downtown Neosho. Please complete all required fields and submit your application by September 1, 2026.

    Food/Drink Vendor: For vendors who cook, assemble, or serve food or beverages on site during the event. This includes food trucks, trailers, concession stands, and beverage booths.

    Crafts, Good & Packaged Food Vendor: includes arts and crafts, handmade or retail products, and pre-packaged or shelf-stable food items (no on-site food preparation).

    Please note: Limited electrical access is available and must be requested in advance. Vendors must bring their own extension cords.

  15. Electrical Connection Requirements Agreement*

    By registering for an event space that includes electrical access, you agree to comply with the following power and extension cord requirements. These standards are established to ensure safety, proper equipment operation, and compliance with electrical codes.

    1. Approved Electrical Access

    • All electrical connections must be made to designated, approved outlets provided by the event organizer.
    • Vendors are responsible for supplying their own extension cords rated for outdoor use (UL-approved).

    3. General Requirements

    • Cords must be in good condition, free of cuts or exposed wires.
    • No daisy-chaining (connecting multiple cords end-to-end) is permitted.
    • Power strips, adapters, or unapproved connectors are prohibited unless inspected and approved by event staff.
    • Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied electrical access or removal from the event area without refund.

    4. Acknowledgment
    By signing below (or completing online registration), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above requirements for electrical use and will ensure all connections meet these specifications.

    Electrical connection points are located throughout the event area, and distances to outlets may be up to 200 feet from your assigned booth or space.


    Vendors who are granted electric spaces are responsible for bringing the appropriate outdoor-rated extension cord(s) to reach their connection point.

  25. Agreements

  26. I understand that if I am using a food truck, trailer, or tow-behind unit, I am required to complete setup on Friday evening, October 2nd, 2026 by 7:00 p.m. prior to the event.*
  27. All applications must be received by September 1, 2026. Notifications will be sent via email for approval/denial. If approved, fees must be paid by September 9, 2026 or the space(s) will be forfeited. Space locations will be sent on or before September 23, 2026 via email.*
  28. Rules & Regulations*
    1. 1. Any vendor seeking booth space at the Neosho Fall Festival must apply with the following items: 
      • Photos of items to be sold. The photos will be used to determine the acceptability of each vendor. All items must be clearly visible and recognizable in the photos. Items not clearly represented in the application photos may lead to a vendor being excluded or rejected from the festival at any time, without question. NEW PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED EACH YEAR. Once submitted, photos become property of the City of Neosho. 
      • A written description of the crafting process used by the vendor.
    2. If a vendor must cancel their booth space, it must be done by September 9, 2026, or the vendor's merchandise is excluded or rejected from the festival after the festival has begun due to misrepresentation of the craft by the vendor or because the craft does not meet the guidelines, monies will be forfeited 
    3. The criteria for acceptance include, but are not limited to, space availability, similarity to other vendors, products to be sold, history with town events and the best interests of the overall festivals. Applying and/or being a returning vendor does not guarantee you will be accepted. 
    4. Vendor Categories: 
      • Crafts, Good & Packaged Food Vendor: Photography/Digital, Painting/Drawing, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Woodworks, Pottery/Ceramics, Baskets & Gourds, Glassworks, Jewelry, Fiber/Leather, Art from Recycled Items, Soaps/Beauty Products, Garden & Home Decor, Pet Products, Candles, Knit/ Crochet, Embroidery, Quilts, Clothing, Accessories/Hair Products, Wreaths, Cottage & Artisan Foods, Farmers, pre-cooked food, Face Painting, Rock-Climbing, Magician, etc.
      • Food/Drink Vendor: Preparing and selling food on-site for immediate consumption either out of a truck, trailer, or tent.
    5. The Neosho Fall Festival is a one-day festival. To attract crowds, we ask vendors keep booths open from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Vendors who do not keep their booths open from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., cannot be guaranteed to have a booth space next year (except in cases of inclement weather). 
    6. No vendor will be permitted to exceed their assigned 10' x 10' booth space(s). If a vendor exceeds beyond the allowed 10' x 10' space, the vendor must rent additional booth space(s). No vendor may block any sidewalk or designed walkway. 
    7. Food vendor applications are reviewed and approved by the Events Committee. Applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria: Menu, Visual Appeal, and Setup Requirements.
    8. No campers, trailers, cars, bicycles, four wheelers, off-road or other vehicles will be allowed on the Square or any designated festival areas during the festival. Vehicles must be off the Square and all designated festival areas by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday (October 3rd) and not allowed back on the Square until booths close at 6:00p.m. 
    9. This is an outdoor festival, held on asphalt. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own protection from the weather. Stakes may not be driven into the asphalt. Tents must have weights. 
    10. Emails will be sent for either confirmation of your acceptance as a vendor or a rejection of your application. 
    11. The Neosho Fall Festival will be held October 3, 2026, and booth assignments and information will be available at noon or after September 23, 2026. 
    12. Booths may be set up after 5:00 p.m. on Friday (October 2nd, 2026) or after 6:00 a.m. on Saturday (October 3rd, 2026). This is done in consideration of the businesses on and around the Square, and their customers and employees, which will be conducting normal business until that time. 
    13. Booths must be open by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday (October 3rd) and must be kept open until 6:00 p.m., weather permitting. Vendors must pick up all trash and debris from their booth space(s) prior to leaving.
  29. Electronic Signature Agreement:*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application and waiver will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.

  30. Event Release and Waiver

    In consideration for being allowed to participate in the City of Neosho's event, I, the undersigned Participant, assume full and complete responsibility for any injury of any kind whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen, which may occur while I am traveling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am on the premises of the City of Neosho. Further, I, for myself, my heirs, next of kin, and executors, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the City of Neosho, its Councilmembers, employees, and agents (hereinafter the "Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, inactions, or damages that I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the event or presence on the premises of the Released Parties.

    Participant assumes full responsibility for any such injuries or damages which may occur to Participant and further agrees that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property during the event. Participant specifically agrees that the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, death, damages, loss, or theft of personal property suffered by Participant EVEN IN THE EVENT OF NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, whether such negligence is present at the signing of this release and waiver or takes place in the future. This release and waiver will survive the expiration, lapse, or other termination of the event, and releases and waives any and all claims that accrue or may accrue to Participant or any other person who may accrne a claim through Participant.

    I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any loss, liability, damage, attorney's fees, and costs that they may incur arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the event, presence on the premises of the Released Parties, or any acts or omissions of the Released Parties.

    I have read and understood the foregoing release and waiver and hereby voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

  31. Application Submission

    By submitting this application for the Neosho Fall Festival, the undersigned acknowledges receiving, reading, and fully understanding all the guidelines, rules and regulations. I understand that submission of this application with the required attachments and fees does not guarantee my admission to the festival as a vendor. I further understand that if I violate any of the guidelines or rules and regulations I may be excluded or rejected from the festival, and my booth space fee will be forfeited.
