Construction began on the Hugh Robinson Memorial Terminal building on December 18, 2006, at the Neosho Airport and was completed in August 2007. The 3,2000-square-foot building is wood-framed with masonry veneer and storefront entrances. This project was funded by the Missouri Development Finance Board. In addition to the new terminal building, the taxiway and runway were resurfaced in July 2007.
