    Please explain in detail the information you are requesting.  Describe the records as specifically as possible.  Are you requesting records that cover only a particular period, such as last year or a specific month, please identify any time periods needed.  

21. Records are viewable at no charge.  However, if you would like copies of documents, the fee schedule is below.

    Paper Copy Fees are $0.10 per page, plus $13 per hour for duplication time.

    If you would like to receive your copies of records electronically then the actual cost per hour for searching and processing, Cost of CD ROM or Flashdrive would be incurred. 

    If you would like to receive your copies of records by email then the actual cost per hour for searching & processing fees would apply.  

    Once the Sunshine Request has been received in the City of Neosho office of the City Clerk, the City Clerk will reach out to you within 3 days to confirm your request and ask any additional details regarding your request.  The City Clerk will then inform you of the cost of your request.   Payment must be made prior to any records being searched or processed.
