Airport Industrial Development Board
The Airport Industrial Development Board represents the City in all matters dealing with air traffic and commerce.

Board of Adjustments (Zoning)
Appeals to the Board of Adjustment may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any office, department, or board of the City of Neosho affected by any decision of the Building Inspector.

Board of Appeals (Dangerous Building & Structures)
The Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Director of Public Works in the enforcement of this Article.

City-County Library Board
The city-county library shall be under the control and supervision of a board of trustees, comprised of nine members.

Economic Development Sales Tax Committee
The purpose of the Economic Development Sales Tax Committee is to guide and direct the use of the one-eighth cent sales tax for the economic development of the City.

Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board
The Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board consists of seven members each with a term of five years.

Ethics Board
The ethics board is being created for the purpose of ensuring the proper implementation of the conduct of ethics, determining violations of this code, and recommending appropriate penalties. The board shall operate as a board only during the review of a specific complaint.

Events Board
The Events Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council in matters pertaining to events in the City of Neosho.

Golf Course Board
The purpose of the Golf Course Board is to guide and direct the maintenance and development of the City Golf Course and related activities pertaining to such Golf Course.

Historic District Commission
The purpose of this Section is to promote the economic, cultural, educational, and general welfare of the City.

IOOF Cemetery Board
The IOOF Cemetery Board develops and recommends rules and regulations applicable to cemetery activity within the confines of existing Federal, State, County, and City laws.

Neosho Housing Authority Commission
Commissioners shall be taxpayers who have resided in said city for one year prior to such appointment as commissioners of the authority.

Parks & Recreation Board
The Parks and Recreation Board guides and directs the development and maintenance of the Neosho City parks and recreation and related activities pertaining to such Neosho City parks and recreation.
