The City License Clerk is responsible for maintaining the business license, contractor license, peddler and alcohol licenses for the City of Neosho.  

Business License Requirements

  • Certificate of No Tax Due from MO-DOR
  • Zoning clearance
  • Completed business license application
  • License Fee

  • 10K License and Permit Bond
  • General Liability Insurance (25K BI and 25K Property)
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance

  • Missouri State Liquor permit
  • Completed liquor license application
  • License Fee

  • Completed solicitor/peddler application
